DAV Additive is a Columbus-based additive manufacturing shop serving product teams and manufacturers across Ohio. We run FDM — fused deposition modeling — for functional prototypes, jigs and fixtures, and low-volume end-use parts in engineering thermoplastics. Every job is set up by the engineer who runs it, with design-for-manufacturing feedback on your file before you commit.

How it works

Upload a STEP, STL, IGES or SLDPRT file and an engineer returns pricing, lead time and DFM notes within 24 hours. Pricing is per gram and published — no “contact us” wall.
